At Singlefin Surf Shop, we’re all about getting you the gear you love. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re happy to help with returns for store credit or exchanges.

 

No Refunds (Unless Faulty)

 

We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty. If that’s the case, please bring it in or contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or a Singlefin gift voucher

• Must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

• Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Swimwear (unless unworn with hygiene liner in place)

• Opened wax or other consumables
